DAY 1 - Arrival and Grounding

We arrive and settle in, set intentions together, share dinner and light connection, and close with an optional restorative wind-down.
DAY 2 - Reseting our systems and awareness

We begin with grounding, explore regulation and high stress environments, we  spend spacious time in reflection and nature, and Group 1 participates in equine-assisted learning followed by an evening integration and joint dinner making.
DAY 3 - Reclaiming our confidence

We begin with grounding, explore imposter syndrome, re-writing the narrative and working with difficult conversations in leadership. We spend spacious time in reflection and nature, and Group 2 participates in equine-assisted learning followed by an evening integration.

We are a pair of compassionate professionals and leaders ourselves dedicated to supporting other women and women identifying leaders in having a career within which they feel empowered. 

Keomi Grad

Leadership Advisor & Co-Facilitator
Keomi Grad is a seasoned Leadership Advisor with a passion for cultivating spaces where clarity, confidence, and connection thrive. She holds certifications in several facilitation modalities and her studies in earth-based modalities, bring a unique depth to her work.

Her approach is grounded in helping individuals and teams navigate change, build resilience, and lead with authenticity. At the spring retreat, Keomi will co-facilitate alongside Snjezana Pruginic, weaving together reflective practices, embodied leadership tools, and collaborative dialogue.

Keomi’s facilitation style is warm, engaging, and interactive. She believes in the power of curiosity, compassion, and the importance of creating brave spaces for growth.

Snjezana Pruginic

Leadership Trainer & Co-Facilitator 
Snjezana Pruginic has been supporting and training leaders across sectors and around the globe over two decades. She is passionate about people feeling good in their work, themselves and their purpose.

Her approach is grounded in  helping leaders and companies build resilience to change, strengthen relationship dynamics and build trusting and safe environments. She is trained in trauma informed and somatic practices, crisis and conflict resolution and community building.

At this retreat Snjezana has the pleasure of co-facilitating with Keomi Grad in a tranquil setting where internal relationships will be strengthened so that leadership becomes and embodied and empowered experience.

FAQs

What's included in the price?  

Accommodation,  all meals, equine therapy, program content, and selected wellness activities (yoga, meditation, forest bathing). If there is enough interest, a shuttle can be arranged from Calgary airport.
*Optional spa treatments and culinary experiences may incur additional costs.
*Deposit is non refundable and due upon registration.

Can I leave early or come late? 

To maintain the integrity of the group and the continuum of the content, we will not be able to accommodate anyone coming later or leaving early. We do understand sometimes emergencies can happen however, in this case we will look at the individual situation to find the best solution.

What's the faciltiation approach?

Trauma-informed, somatic, and evidence-based leadership practices, with participatory engagement tailored to the group. 

What if I don't like horses or don't want to take part in equine therapy. 

We totally understand. In this case we will offer you an alternative land based session with one of our facilitators or you can use this time to treat yourself to one of the wonderful spa experiences available at the Ranch. 

Can I opt out of activities. 

The full itinerary will be shared prior to the retreat. We do encourage participants to opt in and opt out of their level of participation as per needs, comfort and safety. Your well-being is our top priority.
Activities are balanced between solo time and group based activities.

Dietary, logistics and other info. 

For dietary accommodation please notify organizers when filling out the application form. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available.

What to bring:  Comfortable clothing for outdoor and wellness activities, personal items, and any supplements or medicine you may need.
